What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3 PM (Local time). Check-out is at 12 PM (Local time).

Can I request an early check-in?

Early check-ins will be requested as needed and the hotel will do their best to accommodate based on hotel availability. However, we have made special arrangements with the hotel for you to access the fitness center’s private showers if you want to freshen upon arrival. You’ll have access to the hotel’s restaurants and amenities after you check in, so feel free to grab a bite or explore and get familiar with the resort.

Does the hotel have Internet access?

Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi internet access throughout all common areas and rooms.

How far is the Hotel from the Airport?

It is only a 10-minutes drive from Cancun International Airport to the Hotel.

Will transportation be provided to/from the airport?

Yes, Cinemark has made all transfer arrangements to/from the airport through transportation company Connect DMC. The transfer to and from the CUN Intl Airport will take approximately 10 minutes. Their airport staff will be expecting you with the group logo and/or name at the designated areas. Their staff will also ensure that you are guided to the correct vehicle. Timeshares or car rental agencies may approach you; however, please continue towards the end, Connect DMC staff will be waiting for you outside dressed in uniform, and well identified.

For departures to the airport, we will have transportation available only on Friday, February 27th to take you back to the airport. If you depart on any day other than the above, you will need to make ground transportation arrangements at your own expense.

Please wear casual and comfortable clothing. It is also important to wear comfortable shoes as the hotel is very large and the distances between the rooms, restaurants and the conference center can be long.

The hotel has various pools so for those who are interested, remember to bring a bathing suit and sunscreen.
